The is the second entry in a new phase in my style of portrate drawing. I've taken the advice from the commenters on the previous entry [link] and used a bit more contrast in my shading to make the picture a little more interesting. I think I could've gone a little further with it but it is definitly an improvement and that is what really counts.

beautiful. I love the shading. more contrast=better! I love the movement/shading in the hair and the expression is priceless. somehow, i think you've captured such a sweet moment even better than the picture. i absolutely love it. :+fav:
